Shipping and returns

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply..

We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card if your email address is provided.

Shipping UK

We aim to deliver to any address in the UK within three working days of the order date. All orders are sent on a 4-5 working days service.   If your order is placed by 10am on a working day, and dependent on stock levels, it will ship that day, otherwise it may ship the next working day.

Shipping EU

We ship to customers in EU countries. All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.

Non-european Overseas Orders

We do not normally ship to non-European countries. Most of our products are sourced from the USA and we're happy to supply you with the purchasing contact in your country. Please email us.


Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 14 working days from receiving the items.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase once you've received it, you can return it to us in its original and saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item but not refund any postage and packaging charges paid. Please note that special offer items cannot be returned for a refund, but we will be happy to replace it for a different product or issue a credit note if the item is unsuitable.

Faulty items

Should any product purchased from Rover's Kit and Kaboodle or Collarways are found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given on our websites then we will either replace or refund the product. Please call Collarways on 01747 830021 if you wish to return an item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


All our products are made to the highest quality standards and many come with guarantees. Following are our brand specific guarantees:

Lupine® collars, harnesses and leads have a life-long guarantee (even if chewed by your dog). If you need to return a Lupine product, please send it back to us for a replacement.

West Paw dog toys have a one-off refund or replacement guarantee if the toy is damaged by your dog. Please return it to us for recycling and we will replace or refund the item depending on your preference. Please note that Zogoflex toys not purchased directly from Rover's Kit and Kaboodle or Collarways can only be replaced. To receive a refund, please return it to where you originally purchased it.

Other products: If a product you received is faulty, please contact Collarways on 01747 830021 within 48 hrs of receipt of product to discuss the problem before returning it.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax,e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time. Prices, goods and availability of goods are subject to change at any time.
