How much does delivery cost?
We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £30! For orders under £30, standard delivery is just £3.99. Need it sooner? Express delivery is available for £6.99.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days. Express delivery aims to reach you within 1–2 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We use Click & Drop for our fulfilment, so tracking updates are provided through Royal Mail.

How do I care for my pet's products?
Care instructions vary by product and brand. You'll find specific care guidance on each product page. As a general rule, most collars and leads can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, and many of our toys (such as Fluff & Tuff and West Paw) are machine washable — check the product label to be sure.
